Rafting Expedition on the Macaé River

Our adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Rio de Janeiro at 8 a.m., followed by a scenic two-hour drive to Casimiro de Abreu.

Upon reaching the river, you will participate in a 30-minute safety briefing where you'll learn essential techniques for navigating the rafts effectively, ensuring you maximize your enjoyment of this exhilarating activity. Soon, it will be time to plunge into the action.

As we navigate the river, we will tackle nearly four and a half miles of exhilarating rapids. Rafting demands collaboration and skill, and throughout this journey, you can expect to get significantly wet while experiencing an exhilarating rush of adrenaline.

As we near the end of our ride, take a moment to appreciate the stunning Atlantic forests that blanket the landscapes surrounding the river.

Concluding the tour, you will enjoy 45 minutes of free time to grab some lunch (not provided) before we return you to your hotels, aiming to arrive around 4 p.m.
