Details of the Hiking Tour
Your adventure begins at 9 am when you'll be collected from your hotel in Rio de Janeiro and transported via minibus for a 30-minute ride to the Tijuca National Park, which marks the starting point of the hike.
The ascent to Pedra Bonita will take approximately 45 minutes, during which you can appreciate the vibrant flora surrounding the path. Upon reaching the top, you'll be rewarded with magnificent panoramic views that include São Conrado beach, Pedra da Gávea, Barra de la Tijuca, and the lush greenery of the Rio de Janeiro forest.
Be vigilant along the trail for sightings of local wildlife, such as majestic butterflies and monkeys. After some time to relax at the summit, we will retrace our steps back down the same route.
To conclude the tour, we'll pause for 15 minutes at the free flight ramp, providing an opportunity to get a close look at the hang-gliders in action. You will be returned to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro by 1 pm.

We recommend taking walking shoes, a backpack, light clothing, a raincoat, water, food, a swimsuit, a towel, sunglasses, insect repellent, sun protection, a rubbish bag and a camera.
