Tour Overview

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Rio de Janeiro to commence our thorough exploration of one of the most celebrated cities worldwide.

We will board a minibus and head to our initial destination at Corcovado's summit, home to the iconic Christ the Redeemer, regarded as one of the modern world's seven wonders. From this vantage point, you will be treated to an incredible view of the sprawling cityscape beneath you. Next, we will proceed to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain, where we will ascend via the cable car to take in the stunning vistas from its peak.

The adventure continues with a visit to the Maracanã Stadium, renowned worldwide for its significance in sports history. Once the largest stadium globally, it famously hosted the World Cup in both 1950 and 2014. We will reminisce about legendary matches while admiring the exterior of this iconic venue.

A visit to the Sambadrome is a must; this legendary 1,870 ft long venue is host to the vibrant Rio Carnival parade each year.

We will also explore the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian, a notable symbol of Rio decorated with a distinctive pyramid-like design that echoes the religious architecture of pre-Columbian cultures. Following this, we'll journey to the heart of Rio to experience its vibrant culture by visiting the Selarón Steps and the Lapa Arches.

Throughout the tour, a delicious buffet will be available for you to enjoy. Upon conclusion, we will return you to your hotel, completing our adventure within approximately 9 to 10 hours.

Pickup from South zone hotels: in Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, and Leme
Pickup from Barra da Tijuca and São Conrado

For guests in Botafogo, Flamengo, the city center, or at the cruise port, pickup will depend on availability. If your location is not available for pickup, we will provide you with details of a nearby meeting point after your booking.

Itinerary Considerations

Until the end of May 2027, renovations to the stairways leading to Christ the Redeemer may lead to increased wait times and longer lines.
Please be aware that, due to organizational reasons or changing weather conditions, the sequence of visits described may be modified. However, all the sites listed will remain part of the tour.
During Carnival celebrations, the itinerary may also experience alterations. In such cases, we will reach out to inform you of any changes.

Please note that hotels in Barra da Tijuca, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, and São Conrado are not included. If you are staying in other areas, the local provider will let you know the meeting point you should go to.
