At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Rio de Janeiro to begin the adventure. Let’s go!

Our first stop will be a climb up Morro Dona Marta to reach the breathtaking Mirador do Pedrão. Here, you will experience panoramic vistas of Guanabara Bay, Botafogo Bay, the Rio-Niterói Bridge, and a picturesque view of Sugarloaf Mountain.

After appreciating the expansive Carioca landscape from this natural viewpoint, we will enter the Santa Marta favela for a walking tour. You will stroll through the colorful alleyways and narrow streets of this vibrant community, immersing yourself in its unique atmosphere.

During our visit, we will stop at the favela’s main highlight: the Michael Jackson Space, where the King of Pop filmed several scenes for his iconic music video They Don't Care About Us. An interesting fact to share!

To conclude the tour, we will visit the LaGezinha Santa Marta restaurant and bar. Here, you can savor a refreshing caipirinha, a cold beer, or a soft drink, along with a typical snack like house fries or frango a passarinho (fried chicken).

The restaurant is situated at a high point in the favela, providing a 360-degree view of the entire South Zone of Rio, including the renowned Christ the Redeemer statue. The sunset will bathe the sky in gorgeous golden and orange hues, creating a magical moment.

Finally, we will return to the starting point, wrapping up the tour after a total duration of 4 hours.
