Discover the Municipal Theatre and Royal Portuguese Cabinet

This tour begins with a visit to the Municipal Theatre, a landmark of artistic expression since its debut in 1909, maintaining its independence in the arts since the 1930s with its own choir, orchestra, and ballet.

Next, we will head to the Royal Portuguese Reading Room. You will be enchanted by its stunning neo-Gothic exterior, drawing inspiration from the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon. Inside, marvel at remarkable works of Portuguese literature alongside exquisite Manueline architecture, reminiscent of historical Portuguese structures.
