Your 3.5 to 4.5-hour ride includes a brief stop in São Pedro da Aldeira to change vehicles, after which we will proceed to arrive at your selected hotel located in the heart of Cabo Frio. It’s that simple!
When arranging your transfer to Cabo Frio, you can select from various pickup points in the southern part of Rio de Janeiro:
- Santos Dumont Airport: departures at 8:30 am, 11 am, 2:30 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm
- Galeão Airport: departures at 9 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm, 6:30 pm, 8 pm, and 11:30 pm
- Hotels in southern Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon): pickups available between 7 am and 12 pm

Essential Information
Transport is not provided for guests staying at hotels located in Pontal do Atalaia, Monte Alto, or Unamar.
Traveling with Infants
Children under 1 year can join the transfer at no cost, but they must sit on their parent’s or guardian’s lap. If you'd prefer them to have their own baby seat, a ticket must be purchased for children aged 1 to 3 years.
Luggage Guidelines
- Each traveler is permitted to bring 1 medium suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide, and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), plus 1 personal item (like a backpack or handbag). Any additional luggage or items not adhering to these guidelines will incur a 100 BRL surcharge per trip.
- If a passenger has excess luggage, they must provide 24 hours' notice. Without this notice, the driver may or may not allow boarding depending on passenger capacity and vehicle space.
- Special items, such as surfboards, strollers, or folding wheelchairs, must be reported in advance, as an additional charge of 100 BRL applies, dependent on available vehicle space.
- For difficult-to-access locations, passengers are required to assist in transporting luggage between vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage throughout the journey.

Important information
The local team will contact you the night before the trip, by 10 pm, to confirm the exact time and the pickup instructions.
Please be ready at least 15 minutes before the designated time.

We'll pick you up at one of the following points:
- Santos Dumont Airport: pickup at 8:30 am, 11 am, 2:30 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm
- Galeão Airport: pickup at 9 am, 11:30 am, 3 pm, 6:30 pm, 8 pm, and 11:30 pm
- Hotels in southern Río de Janeiro (Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon): pickup between 7 am and 12 pm
Additional Info
- This service only includes transport to the hotels located in the city center. Residential addresses and Airbnbs are not included, nor is it included for those staying in hotels in Pontal do Atalaia, Monte Alto or Unamar.
- When we arrive at São Pedro da Aldeia, there will be a stop for some passengers to get off the minibus before we continue the trip to Cabo Frio.
- If your accommodation is in the Barra neighborhood, please be ready to go an hour before the designated time.
Children Under 1
Please note that although children under 1 can participate in the activity free of charge, they must sit on their parents' or guardians' lap. If you prefer to bring them in their own baby seat, you must purchase a ticket for children aged 1 to 3 years old for them.

Additional suitcases or those that do not comply with the regulations will incur a surcharge of 100BRL per journey.
- If the passenger has excess baggage, they must give 24 hours' notice. If they do not give notice, the driver may or may not authorise boarding, depending on the number of passengers and the space available in the vehicle.
- Special luggage, such as surfboards, baby prams, folding wheelchairs and so on, must be notified in advance, as an additional fee of 100BRL will be charged, subject to availability depending on the size of the item.
- In the case of difficult-to-access accommodations where a support vehicle is necessary, the passenger must accompany the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
- Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
