Below are specific details about each available option:

Pickup Times for Northern, Southern, or Central Rio Areas and Airports

This option allows us to collect you anywhere in northern, southern, or central Rio, or at any airport in the city. Should your pickup be at an airport, a driver will await you with a sign displaying your name.

Pickup times for this selection are as follows:

• Santos Dumont Airport: For passengers with luggage, pickups are scheduled at 6:10 am, 9:10 am, and 1:40 pm. If not carrying luggage, your pickup will be at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2:00 pm.
• Galeão Airport, national arrivals: Luggage-holding passengers will be picked up at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2:00 pm. For those without luggage, pickup times are at 6:50 am, 9:50 am, or 2:20 pm.
• Galeão Airport, international arrivals: Regardless of luggage, pickups occur at 6:00 am, 9:00 am, or 1:00 pm.

For other locations, the pickup will be scheduled at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm. Areas covered by this service include:

• Northern Rio: Avenida Brasil
• Southern Rio: Flamengo, Santa Teresa, Glória, Catete, Laranjeiras, Botafogo, Humaitá, Urca, Leme, Copacabana, Arpoador, Ipanema, Leblon, Gávea, and Jardim Botânico
• Central Rio: Estácio, Center, and Lapa

Pickup in Western Rio

This option covers pickups from your hotel in Barra da Tijuca or São Conrado at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm.
