From there, we will proceed to the kitchen where the workshop will unfold over the next 30 minutes under the guidance of our professional chef. Get ready to craft authentic Italian delicacies! Our initial focus will be on preparing the beloved tiramisu. With ingredients like eggs, cream cheese, coffee, and sugar, we will master the art of creating the perfect layered dessert!

As our tiramisu sets, we’ll pivot to making fresh pasta—a dish perfectly suited to the heart of Italy, Rome. Once we have rolled and cut our pasta to perfection, the fun continues as we select a sauce to complement its taste, choosing from options like amatriciana, cacio e pepe, or a classic tomato basil. The choice will be yours!
