Before we gain access to the stadium, our first stop will be the Foro Italico, an architectural gem of a sports complex. As we stroll through, we'll appreciate the stunning murals that depict pivotal moments in Italian sports history and celebrate its greatest achievements.
We will discuss the significant role of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), which manages the stadium. Additionally, we will approach the impressive fountain of the sphere, a hallmark of the Foro Italico.
Continuing on, we'll enter the stadium through the Curva Sud, the vibrant hub of fan devotion and energy. Here, we will feel the excitement typical of match days and visit the locker room, where famous soccer players prepare to make their entrance onto the pitch.
The next highlight involves walking through the tunnel that leads to the pitch, a privilege shared by both of the city’s primary teams, AS Roma and Lazio. Once we reach the field, we’ll stand where renowned athletes have left their mark, witnessing the stunning panorama of the stadium and its towering stands.
After approximately 1.5 hours, our exploration of the Olympic Stadium will draw to a close.
