Prepare to marvel at the breathtaking Lappish scenery during this unique experience. Our journey begins with a convenient pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi at the designated time, from where we will head into the serene snow-laden forests.
Once equipped with snowmobiles, we will embark on this polar expedition, racing over the iconic snowy terrains of this remarkable region! Expect to make a few stops to fully absorb the tranquility of nature. Approximately an hour and a half into our ride, we will arrive at a stunning frozen lake.
It’s time to engage in some ice fishing! Your guide will demonstrate how to set up your fishing gear and create an opening in the ice. Now, all that’s left is a dash of luck and some patience to see if the fish will bite!
To enrich the experience, we will light a fire and gather around it to savor a warm beverage and enjoy a barbecue lunch—what a treat!
As our adventurous day concludes, we will make our way back to Rovaniemi, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, having gained new insights about this charming city. The entire tour typically lasts around 5 hours, although duration may vary based on group size and weather conditions.

On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up at the indicated time at your hotel in Rovaniemi. Please be ready 15 minutes in advance.
Requirements
You must present your tour confirmation voucher and, if you're going to drive the snowmobile, you must bring your driving licence.
People who are 140 centimetres (4 ft 5) or taller can sit on the snowmobile for the adult price. If you're shorter than 140 centimetres (4 ft 5), you must be seated on the sledge pulled by the snowmobile driven by our guide.
