4-day PADI Open Water Course

This four-day PADI Open Water Diver program on San Cristobal Island unfolds over consecutive days:

Day 1

Gather at the dive centre situated on Calle Igancio Hernandez. The first day is dedicated to an introductory theoretical session where you will grasp the safety protocols essential for underwater exploration.

Day 2

During the second day, you will become acquainted with the diving gear. Instruction will cover how to don your wetsuit, flippers, mask, snorkel, and oxygen tank, along with other necessary equipment for your dives.

Following this, you will experience your initial practical diving session! The skills learned in theory will be practically applied in a controlled pool environment. This day will also feature further theoretical insights into diving techniques.

Day 3

Join us at the dive centre at the scheduled time for two dives in confined waters. This practical experience will equip you with all the knowledge required to explore the depths of the ocean.

Lastly, we will conclude this day with a final theoretical class.

Day 4

We will arrange all necessary equipment and proceed to the San Cristóbal coastline. Here, we will embark on two open water dives, reaching depths of 18 metres (59 feet)!

To finalize your certification, you will take a final exam to obtain your PADI Open Water Diver certificate, granting you the ability to explore the marine wonders of the world independently!

Experts Course

If you are not new to diving, consider enrolling in the expert course.

This course spans four days (similar to the beginner's program) and offers five adventure dives. Among these, two dives, the Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive, are mandatory, while you can select the remaining dives from seven available options.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a temporary PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification card that can be recognized globally. This course will enable you to increase your diving limit to 30 metres (98 feet).
