Details of the Day Trip

At your selected time, we will collect you from your accommodation on San Cristobal Island. From there, we'll board a comfortable minivan and leave the urban landscape behind as we make our way to La Lobería beach, one of the island's most stunning areas.

During our approximately 20-minute drive, you'll have the chance to appreciate the indigenous flora, including species such as the button mangrove, white mangrove, palo santo, cotton, and the splendid morning glory, among others.

Upon our arrival, you will enjoy around 2 hours of leisure time to wander and take in the breathtaking vistas of La Lobería beach. Are you curious about the name? It comes from the numerous sea lions (known in Spanish as "lobos marinos") that inhabit the area and can often be seen lounging on the rocks!

Additionally, we will equip you with snorkeling gear, allowing you to immerse yourself in the waters and swim alongside the distinguished Galapagos marine iguanas – an exceptional experience!

At the end of your adventure, we will regroup and return you to the heart of Puerto Ayora.

The tour includes pickup from accommodations situated within the central area of Puerto Ayora. If your stay is outside this area or at a private lodging (like an Airbnb), we will reach out to you to arrange a nearby meeting point.
