Tour Synopsis

Your journey begins with a pickup at Piazzale Montemaggio at the specified departure time. Once aboard our comfortable minibus, we will venture into the stunning landscapes of the Chianti Valley. Welcome to the heart of Tuscany!

Our first destination is Castellina in Chianti, a delightful hilltop settlement where you’ll have leisure time to discover its quaint streets, historic churches, and the renowned castle named La Rocca.

Following your exploration, we will proceed to a winery for an insightful tour of its facilities and vineyards. Are you familiar with the process of crafting the esteemed Chianti wine? You will gain knowledge about the varieties of grapes such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon during our visit!

Next, indulge in a Chianti wine tasting, paired delightfully with a selection of traditional Italian cured meats. This promises to be a memorable experience for any wine enthusiast.

We will then visit a second winery, where you can continue tasting various Chianti Valley wines along with delightful appetizers. Additionally, we will offer you the opportunity to sample olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

As the day concludes, we will make our final stop in Monteriggioni, a historic village that gives the impression of a timeless past. After an enriching six-hour tour, we will return you to the meeting point in San Gimignano. Until next time!
