Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in San Luis Potosí at 6:45 am, followed by a minibus ride towards Tanchachín, a charming village located approximately four hours away.

Upon arrival, we will proceed to the Tampaón River. Here, you will board a boat for a scenic journey to the Tamul waterfall, where you can appreciate the lush surroundings and listen to the melodies of the birds soaring overhead.

Reaching the base of the Potosí waterfalls, you will be struck by their grandeur, with a height that exceeds 100 meters (328 feet). This is an ideal spot for capturing memorable photographs of this stunning cascade. During our time here, we will share stories about the formation of this site and explore the legends tied to this natural wonder. Did you know that Tamul translates to 'place of pitchers' in the Teenek language? Our guided tour will enlighten you further about these intriguing aspects!

The boat excursion will take us to the entrance of the well-known Cueva del Agua. You will enjoy an hour of free time to relish a refreshing swim in this cave, which plunges to 45 meters (147 feet) deep. The sapphire-blue waters are sure to enchant you throughout your visit.

Afterwards, we will return to the shore, providing you with another hour for lunch at a restaurant in Tanchachín before we head back to San Luis Potosí. Ultimately, this excursion will conclude around 8 pm, returning you to your hotel.
