Itinerary

Your adventure begins at the arranged time, with either a pickup from your hotel on Santa Cruz Island or at San Francisco Park in Puerto Ayora. After a brief drive to the charming town of Guayabillos, we’ll head into the lush interior of the island.

Just 15 minutes down the road, we’ll find ourselves immersed in the vibrant jungles. Here, the biking portion of our journey will commence as we traverse 9 miles (14 kilometers) through verdant landscapes over the course of an hour.

While cycling, you'll gain insights into the diverse flora flourishing in this unique ecosystem. Your route will also guide you to the habitats of the celebrated giant Galápagos tortoises. How heavy do you think an adult tortoise can be? We’ll reveal this intriguing detail along with a wealth of fascinating information about these incredible creatures.

Midway through the ride, we'll pause to admire the spectacular lava tunnels and dive into the island's geological wonders. Enjoy a delightful snack before we begin our return journey, which includes a visit to the beautiful Nymphs Lagoon. Allow yourself some time to unwind and capture memorable photos in this picturesque spot.

After approximately 4-5 hours of engaging exploration, we’ll take you back to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island to conclude our adventure.
