Isabela Island Tour

After gathering at the designated meeting point, we will depart aboard our speedboat. Prepare for an exhilarating ride!

In just two hours, we will reach Isabela Island, renowned as the largest island in the Galapagos archipelago and recognized as one of the globe's most geologically active regions. The island's unique volcanic formations will amaze you, with dramatic dark rocks standing in sharp contrast to the crystal-clear turquoise waters that caress its shores.

Our first stop will be Puerto Villamil, a charming town celebrated for its turtle population. Here, you'll have the chance to observe various species of giant tortoises, along with flamingos and marine iguanas up close.

After our visit with the turtles, we will savor a tasty lunch at a local eatery. With our energy replenished, we will proceed to Concha Perla, a quaint beach cradled by mangroves, where sea lions and turtles swim freely in the inviting turquoise waters.

To conclude this adventure, we will board the speedboat for our return journey to Santa Cruz after an exciting 11 hours!

Isabela Island Tour + Tintoreras Excursion

Upon meeting at the Puerto Ayora dock, we will hop on our speedboat and head for an exploration of Tintoreras Bay — a hotspot for white-tip sharks, Galapagos penguins, and blue-footed boobies!

In these tranquil waters, we'll engage in snorkeling to witness vibrant reef fish up close. Additionally, we will visit the Tintoreras islet to observe the local sea birds in their natural habitat — this is a prime example of unspoiled nature!

Next, we will make our way to the Isabela Pier to enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. Once we have refueled, we will delve deeper into the island, marveling at the volcanic landscapes and intriguing ecosystem of Puerto Villamil, where you can spot tortoises, flamingos, pelicans, and the unique Galapagos penguins.

At the end of the day, we will return to Santa Cruz after 11 hours of exploration.

Important information

Keep in mind that a fee of 10 USD for non-nationals (5 USD for locals) will be required on the day of the tour for the use of the port in Isabela. Please ensure you bring this amount in cash.
