Details of the Tour

Our adventure begins at 10 am, where we'll gather in front of the Avlabari metro station to initiate this guided exploration of Tbilisi. Are you enthusiastic about discovering the treasures of the Georgian capital? Let’s proceed!

Following a brief introduction, we'll stroll towards our first highlight, the Metekhi Cathedral. Positioned beside this medieval church along the Mtkvari River, you'll be captivated by the magnificent views of Tbilisi's historic area and the striking statue of King Vakhtang Gorgasali, the city's legendary founder.

Our journey continues toward Europe Square, where we will observe a piece of the Berlin Wall, a compelling symbol of contemporary history. From this location, we will board a cable car, ascending to enjoy breathtaking vistas as we approach one of Tbilisi's most recognizable landmarks.

At the summit, we will stop at the Mother of Georgia statue, an iconic representation of the city embodying Georgian spirit and warmth. After soaking in the panoramic views, we'll descend via cable car to resume our exploration.

Next on our agenda are the renowned sulfur thermal baths, a highlight of Tbilisi celebrated for their unique architectural style and historical significance. We will then proceed to visit the colorful Jumah Mosque, one of the city's most iconic places of worship.

Following this visit, we will descend into a spiral staircase and traverse the cobblestone streets and traditional houses until we arrive at the beautiful waterfall in the Botanical Garden.

We will continue our tour at Sioni Cathedral, regarded as the most significant church in the area. Notably, this cathedral has undergone damage and restoration five times throughout its storied existence. Afterward, we will visit a local Georgian bakery, where you can savor a Georgian empanada paired with refreshing lemonade.

To conclude our tour, we will take a leisurely stroll to the Bridge of Peace, offering one last opportunity to admire spectacular views of Tbilisi.
