Join us on a journey through the rich colonial heritage of Honduras as we visit the charming cities of San Juancito, Santa Lucia, and Valle de Angeles during this private tour.

Description

Starting at 8 am, we will pick you up directly from your hotel in Tegucigalpa and embark on our adventure to the quaint town of San Juancito. Interestingly, this location was home to the first U.S. Embassy in Honduras.

Once we arrive, we will wander the narrow lanes featuring colonial architecture, uncovering the town's fascinating mining history. The lively street art decorating the building exteriors adds a vibrant flair to our experience.

After about an hour of exploration, we will proceed to Santa Lucia, where the striking red houses and charming flower-adorned pathways await us. Be sure to explore the intriguing artifact housed in the Church of Santa Lucia, a site linked to King Philip II. You will then enjoy an hour and a half of free time to savor a delightful lunch before we continue our trip.

Refreshed and ready, we will make our way to Valle de Ángeles, also known as La Marranera. Here, we will visit various local handicraft shops and, if desired, savor a delicious Honduran coffee!

We will conclude our day by returning to Tegucigalpa, aiming to arrive around 4 pm.
