Our journey will kick off at Shakujii Lake, a central feature of this verdant retreat. While we walk along its scenic routes, tales of forgotten castles will unfold, all amidst the peaceful ambiance that envelops us.

Just a short stroll from the lake, we will arrive at the Uchida Mansion, a stunning traditional Japanese residence previously owned by a prominent family. Here, we’ll delve into its beautifully maintained wooden interiors and gardens, stepping back into 20th-century Japanese history while discovering the lifestyle of the aristocracy.

Subsequently, our path will lead us to the Nerima Art Museum, dedicated to showcasing local artistic expressions. We’ll explore the diverse exhibitions that feature the works of both renowned and up-and-coming Japanese artists. This stop is essential for enthusiasts of culture!
