Day Trip + Cruise Overview
In the early morning, our team will collect you from your hotel before we set off to Bratislava by bus. The drive will take approximately one hour, after which you will experience a guided tour lasting 2.5 hours through the city’s historic core.
Your exploration will commence at the Plague Column, constructed in the 18th century. Following this, we will meander through the pedestrian-friendly zone of the inner city, making our way to the National Theater. Continuing along the promenade, you'll encounter several cozy cafés perfect for a brief pause.
Throughout the day, you will witness landmarks such as Michael's Gate, celebrated for its ornate onion dome, the significant City Hall, and the exquisite Maximilian Fountain. Our guided portion of the experience will conclude at St. Martin's Cathedral, a historic site where the coronations of Hungarian monarchs took place.
After delving into the rich history of Bratislava, you will enjoy 6 hours of leisure time to wander, dine, or shop in the capital at your own pace.
In the afternoon, you will proceed to the harbor at Razus Embankment to board the "Twin City Liner" catamaran. This contemporary vessel will ferry you back to Vienna, providing extraordinary perspectives from the Danube.
Following a journey of 1.5 hours, you will arrive at Schwedenplatz, where we will conclude our day together in the heart of Vienna after a total experience lasting between 8 to 11.5 hours.
