Operational Details
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email containing a QR code, which can be printed or accessed via your mobile device.
The pass becomes active upon its first use, remaining valid within a 60-day period thereafter.
Purchasing this pass allows you to enjoy 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8? tourist attractions in Vienna. Each selected site can be visited once, while unlimited travel on the sightseeing bus is permitted for a full day.
Eligibility for Children Under 6
Passes for children are available for those aged 6 to 18. Most attractions in Vienna extend complimentary entry for children under 6. It is advisable to verify entry policies with each individual attraction.

Important information
After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which you can print out or carry with you on your cell phone.
If you have any questions, you can visit the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center office, located at Opernring 3-5, opposite the Vienna State Opera, from Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Important Info
Local bank holidays may affect the opening times of some attractions included in the pass. Closures due to local festivities are not grounds for partial or complete reimbursement of the price of the card.

Swarovski Kristallwelten Visit
This activity is available from September 1, 2026.
The Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Vienna is located at Kärntner Straße 24. There, you will enjoy a personalized introduction in English and receive a crystal gift. The introduction takes place Monday through Saturday at 10:30 am. and 5 pm.

This activity is available from September 1, 2026.
Enjoy a tour in German and English, which takes place on Thursdays and Fridays.

We recommend booking your boat trip as early as possible to ensure that your desired date is available. Please keep in mind that in order to reserve a boat trip, you must pickup your Vienna Pass first.
On the day of the activity, you must bring your printed or digital tickets with you and show them to the boat staff when boarding.
If you're unable to attend at your booked time, please click on the cancellation link provided in the email to cancel your booking. Once you have cancelled your booking, you'll be able to choose a new date.
