Also, note that there is no fast-track entry available at Schönbrunn Palace. Instead, you will receive a timed ticket at the Group Center ticket office located in the Schönbrunn Arrival Center.

In addition to free entry, most attractions allow you to skip the lines, potentially saving you several hours, particularly during peak seasons.
How It Functions
The pass becomes active when used for the first time. Following your initial use, the card remains valid for the selected number of consecutive days. You can enter each attraction for free only once, except for the tourist bus, which can be utilized daily. Since the pass's validity is determined by full days, it is advisable to start its use in the morning for optimal time management.

If you have any questions, you can go to the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center, located at Opernring 3-5, opposite the Vienna State Opera, between 9 am and 5 pm.
Important
Local public holidays may affect the opening times of some of the attractions included on the card. Closures due to public holidays or refurbishment work will not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the price of the card.
Booking Attractions in Advance
Please keep in mind that you must book online in advance to access the Vienna State Opera and UNO City and select a time for your boat ride.
Additionally, please note that there is no fast-track entry at Schönbrunn Palace. You will receive a free ticket with a fixed time slot at the Group Center ticket office in the Schönbrunn Arrival Center. Tour of the Swarovski Kristallwelten
This activity is available starting September 1, 2026.
The Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Vienna is located at Kärntner Straße 24. There, you'll enjoy a personalized introduction in English and receive a crystal gift. The introduction takes place Monday to Saturday at 10:30 am and 5 pm.

Tour of the Kattus Cellars
This activity is available starting September 1, 2026.
The visit takes place in German and English on Thursdays and Fridays.

How to Book the Boat Trip?
- 1. Before booking a boat trip, you must pick up your Vienna pass first.

- 4. Fill in the required fields with your details
- 5. Confirm your booking. After booking, you'll receive your tickets by email
You cannot book the boat trip without having picked up your card first, as it will contain a code that you will have to enter when booking the trip online.
We recommend booking your boat trip as early as possible to ensure that your desired date is available.
On the day of the activity, you must bring your printed or digital tickets with you and show them to the boat staff when boarding.
If you're unable to attend at your booked time, please click on the cancellation link provided in the email to cancel your booking. Once you have cancelled your booking, you'll be able to choose a new date.
