We will congregate at Via Benedetto Croce in Gioia del Colle, conveniently located just 200 meters (656 feet) from the train station. Once we gather, we will mount our e-bikes and embark on our journey to discover the iconic masserias, famously recognized as some of Apulia's quintessential farmhouse structures. Ready to set off? Let’s begin!

As we navigate through the rural roadways surrounding Gioia del Colle, you will gain insight into these traditional buildings. Historically, these spacious agricultural edifices served as stables and hay storage facilities, as well as residences for both laborers and landowners in the region.

Throughout our cycling journey, we will also pause at a local winery, where you can partake in an optional aperitif or sample the region's typical wines, should you desire.
