Gather at the Alcocéber Tourism Office to begin our memorable journey to Villafamés!

After a scenic journey of about thirty minutes, we will arrive at the picturesque village of Villafamés, which gracefully rests atop a hill. Once we disembark, we will wander through the historical core of this beautiful gem of Castellón, which has rightfully received the recognition of being a site of Cultural Interest.

As we meander through the narrow lanes, you'll be transported to the Al-Andalus era. Discover the charming stone houses, the lovely village church, and the striking facade of the Villafamés castle.

Continuing on, we will visit the famed Roca Grossa, a grand stone formation that stands as a symbol of Villafamés. Here, we will share intriguing legends that have been passed down through generations, centering around this fascinating natural phenomenon.

Our next stop is the Batlle Palace, now home to the Museum of Contemporary Art of Villafamés. This 15th-century residence boasts a rich collection of artworks that span from the 1920s to modern art. During our time there, we will unveil the deep significance behind some of the most notable pieces.

After five hours filled with cultural exploration, we will make our way back to Alcocéber.
