In just half an hour, this cogwheel train takes you to the Pilatus Kulm station, where you can marvel at the stunning landscape of meadows and alpine forests that surround you.
Upon arrival at the Pilatus station, take some time to relax and soak in the panoramic views from the lookout point. Additionally, there is a restaurant with magnificent alpine vistas available for your enjoyment.

Cable Car from Kriens
The Alpnach cogwheel train operates from May 17, 2024, to November 17, 2024. If you plan to visit during the winter months, consider exploring the option of the cable car to Mount Pilatus from Kriens.
Please note that the cable car will be undergoing maintenance from October 21, 2024, to November 08, 2024. During this maintenance period, access to Mt. Pilatus is available via the cogwheel railway from Alpnachstad.
