Our adventure begins at the designated hour at the Libertade Obelisk, where we will kick off our walking tour of Aveiro, often referred to as the "Venice of Portugal".

As we meander along the picturesque canals, you will encounter the iconic moliceiro boats. Once used for transporting salt and seaweed, these vibrant gondolas add a splash of color to the waterways. The tour will guide you past historic warehouses, fabulous Art Nouveau structures, and charming footbridges, highlighting landmarks such as the Carcavelos Bridge.

Following our canal-side journey, we will visit some of the city’s most celebrated landmarks. You will marvel at the exquisite white and blue tiled exterior of the Misericordia Church, along with sights including Aveiro City Hall and the splendid municipal theatre. Nearby, you will discover the impressive Cathedral, a stunning example from the 15th century.
