15 minutes before the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel. Please be ready at the reception on time.
Please note that this tour includes pickup from hotels located in downtown Banff, the university district, the airport, the northwest area, and Canmore.
Know Before You Go
Please dress appropriately for the weather, as we'll be outdoors for the entire visit, and wear suitable footwear for walking around the sanctuary. In winter, we recommend snow pants, gloves, a hat, and a warm coat. Please avoid wearing fur clothing.
Each person may bring 1 standard suitcase or 1 carry-on bag. Additional luggage will incur a charge of 10CAD.
