Liamuiga Volcano Hiking Experience

Your journey begins at 8 am when we pick you up from your hotel in Basseterre. From there, we will head north toward the base of Liamuiga Volcano.

After approximately an hour's travel, we will reach our starting point. Here, we'll set off on a hiking trail through the stunning rainforest that envelops the volcano. Over the course of a 2-hour 30-minute hike, you'll gain insights into this remarkable mountain, recognized as the highest peak in Saint Kitts.

As we traverse the landscape, take a moment to appreciate the diverse flora and fauna present in this ecological haven. We will share intriguing information about cloud forests and their distinct ecosystems, while observing a range of mosses, ferns, and flowering plants that populate the area.

Feeling a bit hungry? We'll recharge with a delightful picnic lunch featuring a sandwich and a drink. Once we've satisfied our appetites, we will begin our descent from Mount Liamuiga.

Afterward, we will return to our vehicle and escort you back to your hotel, with an estimated arrival time of 3 pm.
