Zipline Experience in Anamuya

Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in La Romana at your preferred time. After a delightful 45-minute ride in a safari truck, you will reach the zipline course, situated at the base of the majestic Anamuya mountain.

Prior to your initial zipline ride, we will provide a concise safety briefing. The circuit features 12 zip lines spread across 18 platforms, with some segments reaching speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. Notably, the longest section of the course extends for half a mile, making it the most extensive zipline in the Caribbean.

As you soar along the zip lines, you will be surrounded by the stunning jungle vistas of Anamuya. The vibrant flora and rich greenery offer a breathtaking backdrop as you glide above.

After completing the circuit, you will refresh yourself with a sampling of tropical fruits, juices, and soft drinks. Once you have replenished your energy, we will transport you back to your hotel in La Romana, with an estimated return time of five hours after your initial pickup.

Visit to Monkeyland

Enhance your zipline adventure by adding a visit to the fascinating Monkeyland. Here, you will have the opportunity to engage with playful Dominican squirrel monkeys, known for their friendly and inquisitive nature!

If you opt for this extension, we will proceed to Monkeyland following your ziplining experience, where you will enjoy a 45-minute guided tour. After this memorable visit, you will be returned to your hotel in La Romana, arriving approximately seven hours after the initial pickup.

Eligibility for Participation

The minimum age requirement for this activity is 8 years. Participants must weigh between 4 and 21 stone and should not exceed a waist height of 4 feet.

In addition, for safety considerations, children under 12 years old can only access up to zip line number 8, where they will wait in the reception area accompanied by staff members trained to assist them.
