At 11:30 am, we will gather at the Town Hall Square where our guide will lead us on a delightful walk through the historic center of Bolzano, uncovering the most genuine tastes of its local cuisine. Prepare your appetites as we embark on this flavorful adventure!

Throughout our itinerary, we will visit at least four local restaurants and bars, cherished by residents and often overlooked by visitors. Here, we will indulge in Bolzano's culinary treasures that reflect its rich gastronomic heritage.

On our journey, we’ll enjoy not only pretzels and the iconic apple strudel, but also the distinctive canederli—dumplings crafted from leftover bread and frequently adorned with cheese. Additionally, we will taste bauernschinken, a delectable seasoned ham, alongside laugenbrot, a local bread prepared by soaking in a bicarbonate solution prior to baking.

To complement our feast, a selection of exceptional South Tyrolean beer will be offered, presenting the perfect pairing with the robust flavors typical of the region's cuisine—each option varying from mild to rich and aromatic.

We will conclude this delightful 3-hour tour with a refreshing espresso, the ideal way to wrap up our culinary exploration.
