Our adventure commences at the Grand-Place, right outside the iconic Town Hall. Are you prepared to embark on this delightful journey? Let’s begin!

Initially, we will dive into an assortment of chocolates. Experience the exquisite taste of 6 pralines crafted by seasoned Belgian chocolatiers like Pierre Marcolini and Mery's, along with Jitsk, an innovative chocolatier pushing the boundaries with exciting flavor combinations. Prepare your palate for unusual pairings such as mango and yuzu, cassis with black pepper, coffee blended with coconut spices, and lime kefir with potato vodka, each enveloped in rich dark chocolate.

Following our chocolate discovery, we will head to a renowned local bar where we will sample two types of traditional Belgian beers, each brewed using wild yeast for a truly unique experience.

Next, we will stop at a charming frietkot stall to relish authentic French fries. This stall proudly remains the only one in the city utilizing traditional cooking methods for their potatoes. You’ll have the opportunity to select a sauce to accompany your fries, which are guaranteed to be scrumptious!

To wrap up our flavorful exploration, we will visit a celebrated bar in the city center to taste another 2 beers produced from recipes developed by Monks in the Trappist Abbeys.
