Embark on a comprehensive day excursion to the ancient site of Chichén Itzá, a highly renowned location in Mexico, and witness the sunrise illuminating its magnificent structures.
Day Trip Overview
At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your hotel in Cancun and head towards the heart of the Yucatán peninsula.
The travel time is approximately two hours, after which we will reach our destination: the Mayan Chichén Itzá complex, where a guided tour awaits. The iconic Kukulcán pyramid stands out as the most striking feature in the area, particularly as the early morning light enhances its grandeur, known as 'the castle'. This site historically served a mystical purpose, and the tour will delve into the intriguing connections between the pyramid and Mayan astronomy.
Next to the pyramid lies the ancient venue for the Mesoamerican ballgame, often compared to modern football due to the fervor involved. This sacred indigenous sport is a significant part of the cultural heritage. Subsequently, we will explore the warrior temple, notable for its stunning array of columns.
After examining various other monuments within the archaeological site, we will conclude our visit and return to your hotel in Cancun, arriving approximately 9 hours post pickup.

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the hotel in Cancun that you indicated in your reservation. Please be ready a few minutes before.
Tour Without Pickup
If you choose this option, you'll have to go to one of the following meeting points in Cancun:

Fees
The archaeological fee is 770MXN for foreign adults, 368MXN for Mexican adults and 123MXN for foreign children aged 3 to 11.
Please note that paying on-site by credit card or PayPal will incur a 4% increase in the price due to the dataphone. Also, please remember that we do not accept payment with virtual cards, only with cash or physical credit cards.
Taxes and Discounts
If you want the discount for Mexican citizens you must present your ID or passport on the day of the tour.
The reservation does not include the tax fee, which must be paid before the start of the activity to speed up the entrance to the site. If you're Mexican, you'll receive a discount as long as you present official identification.

- Mexican children under 12 years of age
- Disabled individuals from any nation
Tickets and Taxes for Children Under 11
To receive the child ticket and tax exemption, you’ll need to line up upon arrival at the archaeological site, where they’ll be issued to you free of charge.
