Usage Details

The pass becomes active upon its first use, allowing access for the selected number of days: 2, 3, 4, or 5 days within a 14-day period.

This All-Inclusive Pass for Cancun permits one-time access to each attraction. Activation is simple; just present your pass at the entrance of any attraction to gain entry.

While a date is required for booking, rest assured your pass is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Children Under 5

Passes for children cover ages 5-11, while most attractions provide complimentary entry for those under 5. It’s advisable to check the specific websites of attractions for detailed information.

This voucher is not your ticket, and cannot be changed for physical tickets nor used to access tourist attractions in the city.

On your email confirmation, you will find a PDF attachment. You should ensure that this archive contains the vouchers with a unique QR code for each customer. If you have not received this PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To do this you simply need to present the QR code that appears on your electronic pass at the entrance of the attractions. You must save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can easily open it and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

How It Works

The validity of the Go Cancún Pass begins when it is used for the first time. From this moment you can use the pass for the number of consecutive days chosen: 2, 3, 4, or 5 consecutive days for 14 days.

The Cancun All-Inclusive Pass allows one access to each attraction. To activate the pass and enter any of the attractions for free, simply present your voucher at the entrance.

Public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. This will not result in a partial or full refund.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 12 months following the purchase date.
