We will start our journey with a pickup from your hotel in Chivay at the specified time and head southward. Prepare to uncover the wonders of the Peruvian interior!

Our first stop will be the Andean viewpoint of Pata Pampa, where breathtaking views of the volcanic mountain range await us. After relishing the stunning scenery, we will proceed towards the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve, renowned for its captivating landscapes that will enchant you throughout the visit!

Within this protected area, expect to encounter abundant wildlife including llamas, vicuñas, alpacas, and various other Andean native species. Beyond the animal sightings, we will delve into the unique environmental features that define this remarkable region. Our journey will then take us to Patahuasi, where participants can sip on an Inca mate to alleviate altitude discomfort.

During our stop in Patahuasi, we will also have the opportunity to admire the distant Misti and Chachani volcanoes. After capturing these picturesque views, we’ll continue to Lake Lagunillas, where we’ll look for the native flamingos and Andean gulls.

After approximately 6 hours of exploration, we will conclude our trip at the Plaza de Armas in Puno.
