During this shore excursion, you will have the chance to discover the enchanting city of Florence without the hassle of transportation logistics. Upon reaching Florence, you'll be free to navigate the area and immerse yourself in its beauty at your own leisure.

Shore Excursion to Florence from Livorno

At the agreed time, we'll gather at Claudio Cogorano to board our bus and set off toward Florence, with a travel time of approximately 90 minutes.

Once we arrive, we will make a stop at a local market or a traditional eatery where you can taste authentic Florentine cuisine. Depending on the day's offerings, you may sample treats such as cantuccini, Tuscan bread, panzanella, or ribollita.

Afterward, you'll enjoy around four hours of free time to delve into the wonders of Florence. Each avenue in this historic city is filled with charm and ample opportunities for stunning photographs!

During your time in the city, consider exploring the renowned jewelry shops on the Ponte Vecchio, visiting the breathtaking Piazzale Michelangelo viewpoint, or taking in the magnificent Piazza del Duomo. This iconic square houses Florence's cathedral, adorned with its exquisite dome, the Baptistery of St. John, and Giotto's bell tower. With its wealth of artistry and history, Florence feels like a living museum!

After concluding your explorations, we will regroup and board the bus for our return to Livorno, wrapping up the experience after approximately 8 hours.

To enhance your Florence experience, you may choose to purchase a priority-access ticket for the Galleria dell'Accademia, home to some of the city’s most iconic artworks.
