Immerse yourself in the charm of Valencia, a prominent city in Spain, through a captivating excursion departing from Oropesa del Mar. Unveil its distinctive monuments, architectural wonders, and more.

Day Trip to Valencia

The adventure begins at 9 am, where we will gather outside the Oropesa del Mar tourist information center. After a scenic hour-long bus ride, we will reach Valencia, the capital of the Levant.

Our initial destination is the remarkable City of Arts and Sciences. As we approach, you’ll be impressed by this vast contemporary complex featuring an array of striking "third millennial buildings." Following this, we will make our way to the Palau de la Música de Valencia.

The next segment of our exploration will be conducted on foot, as we delve into the historic center of Valencia. Here, you'll uncover the city's rich past while taking in its stunning monuments. Highlights of the walking tour include the Central Market, the Iglesia de los Santos Juanes, and the Estació del Nord—each a testament to Valencia's architectural legacy.

We will also visit the breathtaking Lonja de la Seda, a Gothic masterpiece dating back to the 15th century. Next, prepare to be awed by the grandeur of the Cathedral of Valencia, home to the famous bell tower known as the Torre del Micalet.

From 1 pm to 5 pm, you will have the opportunity to explore the amazing attractions of Valencia at your own pace and indulge in the city’s renowned culinary delights.

Afterward, we will reconvene at the Torres de Serrano to initiate our return journey to Oropesa, with an expected arrival time of around 7 pm.
