We will wander through the sacred streets of Dharamshala, embarking on a captivating exploration of Buddhist culture starting at the Norbulingka Institute.

Our adventure begins at the Norbulingka Institute, which was established by the Dalai Lama in 1988. This center, named after the Dalai Lama's summer residence in Lhasa, serves as a vital educational institution dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan culture, art, and literature. You will gain insights into its significant contributions to Buddhist history and cultural preservation.

Following this, we will visit the serene Dolma Ling Monastery, nestled in the beautiful Kangra Valley. Opened by the Dalai Lama in 2005, this monastery is home to approximately 240 monks representing various Tibetan Buddhist traditions. You will have the opportunity to observe their daily practices and understand their spiritual routines.

Our final destination is the revered Gyuto Monastery, known for its emphasis on tantric meditation, ritual arts, and Buddhist philosophy. Founded to protect the tantric teachings of Master Tsongkhapa, this monastery possesses a rich heritage waiting to be uncovered as we learn about its historical significance.

After a thorough exploration of Tibetan Buddhist architecture and culture, we will reconvene at our starting point to conclude the tour after a span of 3 hours.
