Unwind at the feet of the Alhambra, at Granada’s Hammam Al Ándalus, built on the ruins of an old sixteenth-century Arab bath. Experience a unique and age-old tradition while connecting with the history of Granada.

The Hammam Al Ándalus offers a peaceful environment with calming Arab Andalusian music, scented rooms, dim lighting, and traditional Islamic architecture.

What does the experience consist of?

Enjoy alternating between three Arab baths with different temperatures for 90 minutes: one bath has cold water (18ºC), another lukewarm water (36ºC), and the third warm water (40ºC). Relax in the steam bath, then move to the rest room for Maghrebi mint tea while enjoying music and comfortable cushions.

Types of Experiences

When making your reservation, you can choose from the following experiences:

Hammam and relaxing massage: Includes a 15-minute or 30-minute massage with essential oils.
Hammam, skin cleansing + relaxing massage: Features a 15-minute skin cleansing treatment with a Kessa glove and natural red grape soap, followed by a 15-minute or 30-minute massage.

Important Info

The Arab baths are mixed, except the changing rooms.
Change pools freely during the 90-minute Hammam session.

Parental Consent

Children between 5 and 17 must have a signed parental consent form.

Inclus

1.5 hour Hammam session.
Unlimited Maghrebi mint tea and water.

Hammam Etiquette:

You must use a swimming suit.
Please be quiet inside the Hammam.
If you have long hair, it must be worn in a ponytail (it is not necessary to wear a hat).
You can only wear sneakers in the changing rooms.
Mobile phones, cameras and video devices are not permitted inside the Hammam.
Children under 5 are not allowed inside the Hammam. Parents or guardians of children between 5 and 17 must sign a release form.
Please get to the Hammam 10 minutes before the scheduled time and stay only for the stipulated time.
