Tour Overview
The Alhambra in Granada stands as the most frequented site in Spain and ranks among the most popular attractions globally. Curious to see why? We will convene at an agreed time to commence this guided tour limited to a small group, consisting of up to 15 participants.
This striking collection of fortified palaces originates from the 13th and 14th centuries, showcasing some of the finest examples of Islamic architecture found in Europe.
As we navigate through the Alhambra's interiors, be prepared to admire the meticulously sculpted stonework and the intricate geometric patterns adorning its various courtyards, twisting corridors, and graceful gardens that define this remarkable space.
We will also explore its most notable structures, including the Medina, Alcazaba, and the spectacular Generalife gardens. You are certain to leave with a deeper appreciation for Nasrid art.
Moreover, we will gain access to the Nasrid Palaces, where highlights include the Mexuar, the Comares Palace, and the renowned Court of the Lions featuring its iconic fountain at the heart of the courtyard. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
