Go City: Gothenburg All-Inclusive Pass

This voucher is not a ticket and cannot be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.

In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find an attached PDF file. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, you can contact us through our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you must present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance of the attractions:

• Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
• E-voucher: You must save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can easily open it and display it on your cell phone to access the attractions.

How does the Go City: Gothenburg All-Inclusive Pass work?

The validity of the Go City: Gothenburg All-Inclusive Pass begins when you use it for the first time. (We recommend activating it first thing in the morning to get the most out of it.) From that moment on, you can use it for the selected number of days (1, 2, 3, or 5 consecutive days). The card expires at midnight on the last day.

To activate the card, just present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance of the attractions. If you have any problems using the pass, you can contact customer service at +1 877 714 1999.

The Go City: Gothenburg All-Inclusive Pass allows access to each attraction once, excluding the sightseeing bus, which you'll have unlimited access to for 1 day.

Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for 12 months from the date of purchase.
