Day 1: Havana - Cienfuegos

Your adventure begins with a pick-up at your hotel in Havana as we set out for Cienfuegos. Enjoy a picturesque 3.5-hour road trip to this historic city. Upon arrival, we will take you to your hotel, where you can unwind and have lunch at your convenience.

In the afternoon, we will reconvene for a 3-hour guided tour of Cienfuegos. Our exploration includes a visit to the notable sites in Plaza José Martí. Starting from Calle San Andres, we will navigate through landmarks like La Aduana park and the vibrant seafront promenade before concluding our journey at Punta Gorda, where you can savor spectacular views of the city and its bay.

After the tour, we will return to the hotel for a restful evening.

Day 2: Cienfuegos - Trinidad

After a delightful breakfast in Cienfuegos, we will depart for Trinidad, arriving after a scenic drive of 1.5 hours.

Once you've settled into your hotel, the remainder of the day is yours to freely explore the charming streets of this town. Stroll through the neo-baroque Plaza Mayor, admire the architectural beauty of the Church of the Holy Trinity, or simply enjoy wandering the cobbled lanes adorned with colorful buildings.

Day 3: Trinidad

Your morning begins with a hearty breakfast, followed by a comprehensive 3-hour guided tour of Trinidad starting at 10 am. This tour is an opportunity to uncover the hidden gems and significant historical sites within the town's UNESCO-listed historic center, recognized since 1988.

As you journey through Trinidad, you will learn about its rich history while visiting landmarks such as Plaza Mayor, Casa de la Trova, and the Romantic Museum. Additionally, we will take a moment to reflect on the somber aspects of Cuba's past by visiting the areas that sheltered enslaved individuals.

The rest of the day remains free for you to further discover Trinidad at your own pace.

Day 4: Trinidad - Santa Clara

After enjoying breakfast, we will set off towards Santa Clara, allowing you to relax upon your arrival in this renowned “city of the revolution”.

Later in the afternoon, a guided tour awaits, focusing on the pivotal events of the Cuban Revolution and the city's crucial role in the eventual victory. The tour will include a visit to the Mausoleum of Che Guevara, where Che rests alongside 29 other heroes. We will also see the impressive Cathedral of Santa Clara de Asís, the historic La Caridad Theatre, and the tranquil Leoncio Vidal Park.

After a fulfilling 4-hour tour, enjoy your evening dining at leisure while soaking in the enchanting atmosphere of Santa Clara.

Day 5: Santa Clara - Varadero

On your final day, we rise early to enjoy breakfast before bidding farewell to Santa Clara and heading to Varadero. You will arrive at your hotel around midday, ready to relax and reflect on your remarkable journey.

Itinerary Adjustments

Depending on availability, the Trinidad tour may occur on the afternoon of day 2. If this adjustment is made, you will have the entire day 3 to freely explore Trinidad.
