Description
The Lisboa Card offers access to over 50 attractions in Lisbon and provides free travel for 24, 48, or 72 hours. It includes a travel guide with opening hours, maps, and tips.

How Does It Work?
The card is activated upon first use and is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours. Each attraction can be accessed only once.
Collecting Your Card
You can pick up your Lisbon Card at these locations:
- Lisbon Airport Arrivals Terminal: 7:15 am - 9:30 pm
- Terreiro do Paço Tourist Office: 10 am - 6:30 pm
- Centro Tejo: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm
- Centro Interpretativo da Historia do Bacalhau: 10 am - 6:30 pm
- Cais do Sodré Tourist Office: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm
Children Under 4
The Lisboa Card is valid for children aged 4 to 15. Most attractions are free for children under 4, but check official websites for confirmation.
Belém Tower
To visit Belém Tower, a reservation is required at the Ask Me Lisboa Torre kiosk. Time slots are available from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5:30 pm. It is closed on public holidays and due to construction until further notice.
Closed Museums
Most museums are closed on Mondays, and local holidays may affect openings. No refunds will be issued for closures due to holidays or events.
Be aware of potential access restrictions on public holidays.
The Monument to the Discoverers will be closed for maintenance as of December 16, 2024.

Informations importantes
This voucher does not give direct access to tourist attractions. You must exchange a printed copy of this voucher for the Lisboa Card at the Ask Me Lisboa tourism office in the arrivals terminal of the Lisbon airport. The office is open every day of the week from 7 am to 9:30 pm.
Important: the person who made the purchase must collect the cards themselves, carrying an ID document to prove their identity. Remember this voucher must be printed to collect the Lisboa Card.

Important Info
Closures or free access due to holidays or special events will not be grounds for partial or total reimbursement of the price of the card.
Card Pickup
You can pick up your Lisbon Card at the following locations:
- Lisbon Airport Arrivals Terminal: 7:15 am - 9:30 pm. From 8 am to 7 pm on January 1, 2026
- Terreiro do Paço Tourist Office (Praça do Comércio): 10 am - 6:30 pm
- Centro Tejo (Estação Fluvial Sul e Sueste, Praça do Comércio): 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm
- Centro Interpretativo da Historia do Bacalhau (Praça do Comércio): 10 am - 6:30 pm
- Cais do Sodré Tourist Office: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm
Belém Tower
With your card, you can visit the Belém Tower. To do so, you'll have to make a reservation at the ticket office of the Ask Me Lisboa Torre tourist information kiosk, located in the garden of the Belém Tower.
The time slots for the visit are: from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. On public holidays (December 24 and 31 and January 1), the tower will be closed.
The Belém Tower is open Tuesday - Sunday, from 10 am to 5:30 pm.
Important: the Belém Tower will be closed due to construction until further notice.
What If My Card Isn't Working?
Please note: if your Lisboa Card demagnetizes at any point, you should go to a tourist office to have your card replaced by a new one.
