This voucher is not a ticket. On the day of the visit, you'll have to pick up your tickets at the Dolby Theater box office, located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028, USA at the appointed time.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour time to allow enough time to park and locate your ticket. Please note that access is via Level 2.

Important Info

Access is not permitted once the tour has started. Late arrivals may be re-accommodated in the next available slot.
No food, drink, chewing gum or smoking is allowed during the tour.
The tour includes several flights of stairs. If you require assistance due to reduced mobility, please inform the ticket office when you collect your tickets.
There are no toilets available inside the theatre.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants must remain with the group at all times.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
The Dolby Theater reserves the right to refuse admission or expel anyone who disrupts the group experience.
