Our journey begins at the appointed time at the Museo Casa de la Memoria, where we will dive into the compelling narrative of Medellín.

Initially, we will explore this museum, which presents exhibitions focused on Colombian wars and armed conflicts. As we navigate through the displays, we will encounter historical news articles and personal writings from that era.

After our museum visit, we will utilize public transportation to reach Comuna 13. Once deemed one of the world’s most perilous neighborhoods, it has now transformed into a vibrant and artistic hub in Medellín. Accompanied by a local artist, we will navigate through the area, learning about the remarkable social and cultural changes it has undergone, including its iconic escalators.

Our tour will culminate with a one-hour pause for lunch at a local eatery, where we can savor some traditional dishes. The tour will conclude around 3 PM.
