Flight Over the Nazca Lines

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Nazca or the nearby bus station, from where we will proceed to the María Reiche Neumann airport. Upon arrival, you'll complete a short registration process, preparing you for an exhilarating 30-minute flight showcasing the 13 most significant designs of the Nazca Lines.

Board a Cessna 207A light aircraft, which can accommodate six passengers and two crew members. Each seat is designed to provide panoramic views, ensuring that every traveler can fully appreciate the remarkable geoglyphs etched into the desert by the Nazca culture between 500 BC and 500 AD.

As you soar above, witness iconic shapes such as the condor, the spider, and the monkey, together with thirteen other distinctive geoglyphs that depict both flora and fauna intricately drawn in the landscape. Additionally, you'll gain insights into the theories surrounding their creation and significance.

Once your flight concludes, you'll return to the same airport, and we will escort you back to the original meeting point in Nazca. A flight certificate will be provided, allowing you to share this unforgettable experience with your friends.

The time chosen on the booking calendar refers to your pickup timing from your hotel, not the scheduled flight.
After your reservation is made, we will confirm the actual time of your activity based on availability, weather conditions, and air traffic. Typically, flights are conducted from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with the exact timing communicated on the day of your tour.
If your weight exceeds 95 kg (209 lbs), an extra seat must be purchased at the airfield to accommodate your flight.
There is no age restriction for this activity; even young infants are welcome to fly.
A valid identity document is mandatory.

Important Information

After booking, we will confirm the final time of the activity depending on availability and weather and air conditions at the time. Flights generally operate between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. During the winter months in Peru (June, July, and August), days are usually cloudy, so there could be delays in flight departures of 1.5 hours, 2 hours or even longer.
In addition, the local supplier will contact you to arrange the exact pick-up time from your hotel in Paracas.
The flight does not include air tax and tourist tax. These taxes, which are around 77PEN per person. You will have to pay them at the airport the same day of the flight.
There is no minimum age to enjoy this experience, and infants are welcome.
Please note that it is recommended that you spend the night before in Nazca or that you arrive very early in the morning.
You must present a valid form of photo ID.
On the day of the activity, you will first receive a safety briefing that can last up to 1 hour.
