St Augustine Excursion

Following your pickup from Orlando, we will embark on our journey to the historic destination of St Augustine. Established in 1565 by Spanish Admiral Pedro Menendez de Aviles, this city is recognized as the oldest in the nation and was the capital of Florida until 1824.

St Augustine boasts an intriguing history, reflected in its colonial architecture and charming cobblestone roads. Upon arrival, you'll have the entire day to explore at your own pace. Uncover the legacy of Spanish colonization by visiting sights such as San Marcos Castle and Fort Matanzas, the formidable bastions constructed by early settlers.

As you wander through the city center, you will have the chance to appreciate the notable Flagler College and the Lightner Museum, which was previously the old Alcazar Hotel. There will also be opportunities for shopping and enjoying a coffee in one of the many quaint cafés throughout the old town... the choice is yours!

During your time in St Augustine, you may also enhance your visit by opting for the hop-on hop-off tourist train, taking a scenic boat trip around the bay, or visiting the Pirate Museum, depending on the package you select.

As our day concludes, we will return to Orlando, with an expected arrival around 5 pm.
