Our gathering will take place at the scheduled time at Masseria Valente, where you will engage in an olive oil tasting session. Are you ready to discover the significance of one of the most vital components of the Mediterranean diet?

Following our introductions, we will begin our exploration of the masseria's spacious facilities. As we traverse its extensive rooms, you will learn about the intriguing history of these estates and fortified homes that were once in the possession of the nobility and affluent classes of Puglia.

Next, we will step outside to wander among the ancient olive trees, inhaling the delightful scents of the Apulian countryside. Here, we'll delve into the unique process of olive harvesting, the operation of the mill, and the special methods utilized to produce this liquid gold of the Mediterranean.
