Initially, we will wander through the notable Herriza, an olive grove adjacent to the mill that bears the farm's name. Here, we will uncover details about the production process and the methods employed for harvesting olives, alongside the significance of maintaining the natural habitat. Gradually, we’ll stroll among ancient olive trees, some with a history spanning thousands of years.

Then, we will proceed to the olive mill, where insights will be shared regarding the farm's history and the method of creating Herriza de La Lobilla extra virgin olive oil. You will learn about everything from traditional practices to contemporary techniques, as well as the complete journey from oil extraction to final bottling.
