From the second floor (access to the first floor included), you can view landmarks such as the Sacré Coeur Basilica, the Champ de Mars, and the Jardins du Trocadéro. On the first floor, there's a thrilling glass floor at 187 feet (57 metres) high, offering unique views. The tower was inaugurated for the 1889 World’s Fair by Gustave Eiffel, despite initial criticism from artists and intellectuals.
Where Can I Collect my Tickets?
At the scheduled time, meet just outside the Eiffel Tower. An English-speaking aide will lead you to one of the tower's four entrance pillars. Your assistant will provide you with elevator access tickets for the first and second floors and accompany you up to the second level. Once there, you can explore at your own pace while using an informative audio guide in English.

Eiffel Tower 3rd Floor Ticket
Access to the top of the tower is only available with a ticket to the 3rd floor. If you wish to enjoy the best views of Paris from the top, consider opting for this ticket.

Ticket Pickup
You'll receive your tickets at the Place de Sydney, located at the crossroads of Avenue de Suffren and Rue Jean Rey, just a few metres from the Eiffel Tower.
To get to this meeting point by public transport, you have several options: Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6, the turquoise green one); Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel train station (RER C train line); Champ de Mars stop on bus line 82.
Important Info
Please arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated. A Paris City Vision representative with a company badge will be waiting for you and will take you to the second floor of the tower.
The security check is compulsory for all visitors to the Eiffel Tower. This control may cause delays at the entrance to the monument.
Audio Guide
To use the audio guide, you must download the official application to listen to the explanations on your mobile phone. A member of the staff will explain how to do it. Please remember to bring your own headphones if you wish to use the audioguide.
