Your adventure begins as we pick you up at your chosen meeting point, leading you into a journey that will enhance your taste buds while uncovering two of the region's essential culinary treasures: Parma ham and Parmesan cheese.

We will commence our food adventure at a factory dedicated to Parmesan cheese, especially the renowned Parmigiano Reggiano. Guided by an expert, we will delve into the various areas involved in the crafting of this local specialty.

Following the educational segment on the cheese-making process, participants will enjoy a tasting of different varieties of Parmesan cheese, complemented with local wine.

Next, our tour will take us to a facility specializing in Parma ham, also known as prosciutto. As in the previous location, we will access the salting and curing chambers to uncover the secrets behind this beloved ham, recognized as one of Italy's most sought-after products.

Of course, a sampling of various types of ham will be provided, paired with Malvasia wine, a delightful sweet wine variety.

The experience will wrap up with our return to the original meeting points in Parma.
